UPDATE (8th July 2025): After our fifth break-in in less than a year, we have made the difficult decision to switch to exclusively cashless payments via PayWave enabled cards. We no longer accept coins or notes. Sorry.

Dear Customers,

After several weeks of head scratching and the tireless support of a good Riverside friend, our new system is finally up and running.

To use the PayWave (instead of cash)

Push the Start/Stop Button to select the number of litres required (with each push of the Start/Stop Button, the amount increases by 0.5 litres)
Hold your PayWave capable EFTPOS card to the PayWave reader until a green tick appears and the voice prompt “Transaction Approved” comes.
Push the Start/Stop Button when the voice prompts to “Select product”.
Place your bottle under the milk delivery nozzle and push the Start/Stop Button to start vending milk.
Milk vending stops automatically after each litre, but the flow can be stopped and restarted manually with the Start/Stop Button at any time.
A PayWave transaction can be cancelled by pushing the red x on the PayWave screen.
