Dear Customers,
Despite our team's best efforts to address the ongoing PayWave issues, the system continued to cause problems for all of us. Though it was meant to make us less vulnerable to ongoing break-ins and damage to our machine, it ended up being too unreliable and temperamental.
Please accept our sincere apologies if you were affected by payment problems over the past two months.
We have now conceded defeat and have disconnected the PayWave part, as it was interfering with the overall operation of our vending machine.
1. This means we no longer accept card payments.
2. Token and coin payments continue to work.
3. You can also pay again with banknotes up to $20, and
4. Our machine is back to giving change.
The person responsible for most of our machine break-ins - a local man - has recently been caught and is currently going through the court system. While we are relieved he was caught, we understand that any sentence won't undo the harm his actions caused to our business and you.
We hope you will give us another chance. Your continued support means everything to us.
