Whole fat milk is good for you! The idea that sticking to trim milk translates into a trim waist is a myth.
More and more studies, that look into the pros and cons of fat in our diets, find that a reduction of fat from meals doesn't automatically mean we are better off. In the case of whole milk versus trim milk, research has now shown that people who consume the real deal (whole milk) are in fact less likely to get diabetes or become over wheight.
